MY LAST WORKING DAYS AT FROZZ

Afgelopen weekend gewerkt bij de negen maanden beurs. Druk maar zo nu en dan ook even mee kunnen genieten bij de negen maanden beurs. Lovely view as you can see. Al twee weekjes ziek. Na de negen maanden beurs weer zieker geworden muhuhu..

Well deserved dinner after a hard day off working. Dinner time with Manisha.. The waiting was so long haha. Crema di Funghi for Manisha and Scampi e Spinaci for me. Bruschetta for uss both. Our tummy was going to explode haha.. Happy tummy ;)

ICECREAM MONSTER

I'm a ice cream monster.. You can wake me up for ice cream. I doesn't matter what time actually. Early the morning, noon, after noon, evening, night.. Ice cream is always welcome! Hihi got love for Frozz, Ben & Jerry's and Swirl.. My favesss... A few days ago i've tried Save Our Swirled for the first time. It's definetly my new fave! Chunky Monkey and Save Our Swirled.. I hope it's not a temporary flavour cause i lovee it!

LOVE YOUR BODY

Stress is a normal part of life. Many events that happen to you and around you -- and many things that you do yourself -- put stress on your body. You can experience stress from your environment, your body, and your thoughts.

Stress symptoms may be affecting your health, even though you might not realize it. You may think illness is to blame for that nagging headache, your frequent insomnia or your decreased productivity at work. But stress may actually be the culprit.

This year, my body comes first. I want to have a stress free school year. Positive thinking. 
Guess what. It's workinggggg. I feel a lot more healthier than last year. But it is difficult sometimes to think and react positively. For example my examination week. Still learning tho cause last year, my last semester was a wake up call. Stress, a lot of stress, no sleep, no food and drinking unhealthy stuff like a lot of coffee and redbull.... I thought I was going to be in the hospital soon. My body was shaking, numb on the left side and I was so weak. Scared the shit out of me. Haha. Never again.. So i'm going to love my body. Positive thinking for my own health. Need to do this because of my busy life #fulltime #intership + #school
